We process personal data in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR where they apply.

• Technical data: when you load a page, our hosting and security provider processes your IP address, browser type and the requested address to deliver the page and protect the site against abuse.
• Anonymous statistics: our own analytics (Kalynda Analytics) count visits without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without building profiles.
• Advertising data: Google AdSense may process cookies, device identifiers and IP addresses to show and measure ads (see section 4).
• Messages you send: if you use the chat or transfer-quote window, or e-mail us, we process what you write — for example your name, contact details, flight and destination.
• Location (optional): the chat window may ask your browser for permission to use your location, for example to suggest a relevant transfer. Nothing is shared unless you allow it, and you can refuse.

• To run, secure and improve the site — our legitimate interest.
• To answer your messages and, at your request, pass a transfer enquiry to our booking partner go4transfers.com — taking steps at your request or performing a contract.
• To show the advertising that funds the site — your consent where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), otherwise our legitimate interest.
• To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from authorities.

This site shows ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites, and to measure their performance. Visitors in the EEA and UK are asked for consent through Google’s certified consent message before personalised ads are shown. You can manage ad personalisation in Google’s Ads Settings. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, security, analytics infrastructure, the chat service), with Google for advertising, and with go4transfers.com when you ask for a transfer. Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye, including in the EU and the United States; where required, such transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by KVKK and the GDPR.

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation. Messages and enquiries are kept as long as needed to deal with them and to meet legal retention duties, then deleted or anonymised. Anonymous statistics contain no personal data.

Under Article 11 of KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask whether we process your data; request access, correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent at any time; and, where applicable, request data portability. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EEA or UK, to your local data protection authority.
